Side return and rear extension in South West London

Working alongside Granit Architects, we modernised this stunning Victorian terrace and added around 50 square metres of additional space while also preserving and restoring the original features.

The project included:

  • 25 m2 single storey side return and rear extension
  • Additional bedroom, study and corridor in the loft extension
  • Replacing and restoring sash windows
  • Creating a juliet balcony in a stunning angled alcove
  • Herringbone parquet flooring
  • Custom shelving
  • Bespoke joinery including custom wardrobes and bathroom panelling
