About Ashwood

Here at Ashwood Home Improvements Ltd, we’ve been providing quality and reliable residential building services since 2006. We’re based in Charlton in South East London, but we cover the whole of the capital, Kent and Surrey.

How Ashwood started

Ashwood was founded by Tadas Litvaitis in 2006. After three years honing his skills in the UK and learning the building trade onsite, Tadas decided to go solo and slowly build an experienced team that share his dedication to doing a great job for our customers.

A decade and a half later, Ashwood has grown year on year, completing more than 200 private projects and over 1000 social housing projects across London. We’re proud to be able to say that most of our work comes from referrals and previous clients coming back for other projects.

The company runs on four simple promises:

  • We’re honest and reliable – we show up and we keep our promises
  • Our work will always be fairly priced and good value for money
  • We try to make your project process as clear as possible for you and we’ll always tell you what’s going on.

The Ashwood team

We’ve had many of the same team members since we started and we have the full complement of people needed to make sure your project runs smoothly and is completed to the high standards we hold ourselves to. Our team includes a site manager, electrician, plumbing engineer, bespoke carpenter, bricklayers, handyman, Health and Safety Advisor, and office support for admin, operations, and finance.
